ABSOLUTELY the worst experience ever! The lifts were slow, and we had to endure sleeping beside a main road filled with loud tourists. I can't believe I wasn't offered a room upgrade after such inconvenience! The bathroom door was literally a joke, how do they expect guests to maintain any privacy at all? I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

The food at the buffet was a delightful surprise—so fresh and varied for a 3-star! The freshly baked bread never met a bite I didn’t love. Plus, the staff clearly have the spirit, with one lady even keeping the vibes alive during my late-night check-in. Housekeeping was spot on, keeping my Twin Room nice and tidy throughout my stay!
The pool closing time felt a tad off, and while the vibrant nightlife was fun, some party-goers could be a bit too rambunctious. An early breakfast option would’ve been a gem, especially when I had an early appointment.

the seramar has a great location, just a short walk from the beach. our twin room was of decent size, and breakfast was surprisingly good value with plenty of options. i really enjoyed the facilities designed for rest and leisure.
the only downside was the limited wifi access throughout the hotel.

Awesome stay in El Arenal! 🌴
Had a lekker time with some fab brekkies and friendly staff. The poolside vibe was chill. The food selection was on point! Really enjoyed the evening entertainment, it made for some good laughs.
Just a heads up, the noise from party-goers could get a bit much sometimes, especially around the bars nearby.

The food during dinner was surprisingly tasty, and our room was spotless and cozy. Plus, the second-floor view added to the quiet vibe – no screaming kids!
I asked for a breakfast to go since we were leaving early, but apparently that's an alien concept here. And don’t even get me started on the wine prices. I could buy the vineyard!
